DUBOIS — Missed scoring opportunities finally came back to haunt the Penn State DuBois baseball team Friday in the winner-take-all championship game at the USCAA Small College World Series as Cincinnati-Clermont tamed the Nittany Lions, 4-0, to capture the national title.

DuBOIS — It was all about the DuBois Beavers senior baseball players on Friday afternoon at Showers Field as all eight were honored prior to the game against Altoona. But unfortunately for the Beavers, Altoona played the role of spoilers and dropped DuBois, 12-1, in five innings.
